Fall In Love With The New Honda Passport

The 2020 Honda Passport is the standout performer in Honda’s midsize crossover lineup. It has everything buyers have loved about the Honda Pilot, only re-packaged with a sporty new look. If you’re looking for a rugged, well-rounded, and reasonably-priced SUV for your next adventure, the 2020 Passport is a great option.

Interior

The Honda Passport was reintroduced to the American market in 2019 after a 17-year hiatus to fill a gap between the compact CRV and full-size Honda Pilot. When designing the new Passport, Honda basically took the Pilot and removed the third-row seating, slightly reduced the overall length, added off-road features, and updated the rugged styling.

With two rows of seating for five passengers, the Passport has an enormous and spacious interior making it one of the largest mid-size SUVs in its class. The Passport’s back seats can slide forward expanding the cargo area to 77.9 cubic feet of space. A large bin is housed under the cargo area and is an ideal space for storing sports equipment or hiding valuables.

Performance

You’re going to fall in love with the Passport’s 280-horsepower, 3.5-liter V6 engine, and nine-speed automatic transmission. This engine maintains strong acceleration and shifts smoothly while towing up to 3,500 pounds or passing on the highway.

The Drive is Alive

Driving the Passport makes you feel large and in charge. Its sheer size gives you the feeling that you’re towering over your fellow drivers. If you’re looking for an SUV that feels compact, light, and agile, this is the wrong car for you. The Passport is for those who like the idea of being in a big, bold, and massive SUV.
