This new attraction is located in Hope Hull, just a few miles south of Montgomery, and invites animal lovers of all ages to experience the excitement of a safari without the inter-continental travel.
The Safari Park property spans 350 acres, giving the animals more than ample space to roam and run free. When you visit, you’ll drive your vehicle over 3 miles of maintained gravel road to view the animals in a natural setting – you can even feed them the park’s specialty grain through the windows of your car! Buckets of the special animal feed are available for $3.50 and can be purchased when you purchase admission or from the gift shop. (For the safety of the animals, no outside feed is allowed.)
Alabama Safari Park
This memorable wilderness encounter costs just $15.95 for adults ages 13–64, $14.95 for seniors 65+, and $12.95 for children 2–12. Kids under 2 get in for free. Discounted rates are available for groups of 15 or more. Your admission grants you access to the 3-mile Safari Drive-Thru and petting area for the entire day, so stay as long as you like! The park is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine (but note that the animals may seek shelter in bad weather).
