What You Need

  • 6 ounces Frozen Spinach (thawed and drained of any excess liquid)
  • 14 ounces Canned Quartered Artichoke Hearts (chopped and drained of any excess liquid)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan (finely shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella (finely shredded)
  • Pepper (to taste)

What You Do

  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Use a dish that holds about 1 quart or 4-5 cups.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella, and pepper together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  4. Add artichokes and spinach to the mixture. Stir evenly.
  5. Spread the mixture into your greased baking dish.
