When it comes to all-around utility, you can’t overlook the Odyssey‘s dominance in almost every category. Its second and third row seats have 2.4 and 10.3 more inches of legroom compared to the Pilot. The Odyssey can also carry 38.4 cubic feet of cargo with the seats in place, 93.1 cubic feet with the seats folded and a maximum of 148.5 cubic feet. The Pilot only carries 18 cubic feet, 47.7 cubic feet and 87 cubic feet, respectively. The Odyssey also wins in base towing capacity, as its base model can tow up to 3,500 pounds to the Pilot’s 2,000 pounds – however, the Pilot’s towing capacity jumps to 4,500 pounds when equipped with four-wheel drive.
While both vehicles are excellent choices, the Odyssey comes out on top in many categories. However, if you are more inclined to get an SUV, you can’t go wrong with the Honda Pilot. No matter what type of vehicle you’re in the market for, Brannon Honda can help you find the right vehicle for you!
