The New 2013 Honda Civic EX Benefits from a Makeover

The new 2013 Honda Civic has finally caught up to its competition in the compact car class. With its extraordinary value and pleasant drivability the 2013 Civic has finally made its mark. The complete redesign was just last year but was revealed with little excitement. Honda took its criticism seriously and gave the 2013 Civic some well-done touch ups.

The 2013 Civic comes in three body styles, the base level LX, midrange EX and the top-of-the-line EX-L. The entry level LX comes standard with power everything, 140 horsepower, SOHC i-VTEC 4 cylinder engine, SmartVent front side airbags, i-MID with 5 inch LCD screen and customizable feature settings. Safety is always first in a Honda Civic and that’s why the LX comes equipped with standard ABS, brake assist, dual-stage multiple threshold front airbags, daytime running lights and tire pressure monitoring system.

The EX comes with everything the LX has and so much more. It’s amazing what value you get out of the EX when you consider everything that comes standard. In addition to the LX standard features the EX comes with automatic climate control, rearview camera, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink, SMS text message function, one touch power moonroof with tilt, security system with remote entry and trunk release and mulit-reflector halogen headlights with auto-off.
