New Ridgeline Coming Soon!

2017 Honda Ridgeline

Look at the recent news concerning the Hodge lineup, and you will notice that the Ridgeline is making headlines. This pickup truck was first introduced back in 2005, and Honda drivers across the country have been looking forward to the all-new 2017 model.

Soon to Debut

We don’t have to wait long to find out more about the 2017 Ridgeline since it will make it official debut at the North American International Auto Show on Sunday, Feb. 7, in Detroit. In case you don’t recognize the date, that means that we will get to see it during Super Bowl 50 as part of a TV spot.

What We Know

At the moment, information on the new Ridgeline is still fairly limited. It will arrive at your local Birmingham dealership at some point during the first half of 2016. Honda’s North American engineering and design teams worked hard to design this updated pickup in California and Ohio. Since it will be manufactured in Lincoln, Alabama, this will truly be an American-made vehicle.

The 2017 Ridgeline will be similar to the innovative pickup that stole drivers’ attention when it debuted in 2005, but with plenty of updates. The engine and driveline will feature upgrade while the chassis and frame will also see improvements. There will also be dynamic new styling that we’ve only gotten a hint of through spy photos. Experts are speculating that the Ridgeline will have plenty of inspiration from its SUV cousin, the Pilot. We do know that the Honda Ridgeline Baja Race Truck that appeared at the SEMA Auto Show was very similar to the upcoming model.

While you are waiting for a glimpse at the all-new Ridgeline during the Super Bowl TV spot, visit Brannon Honda in Birmingham, Alabama, to learn more or check out the other new vehicles in the Honda lineup.
