The Honda Civic EX-L starts at $22,840 and is the most luxurious trim level. The Civic EX-L comes with Leather Trimmed Seats and a Leather Wrapped Steering Wheel. Fog lights come in handy for driving in unsafe conditions and your comfort is maximized with an 8-Way Power Adjustable Driver’s Seat.
