Brannon Honda is excited to announce that we are sponsoring the 5th annual Skyway Epic. The Skyway Epic is an endurance mountain bike race that takes place in the beautiful Talladega National Forest. This year the race takes place on Saturday, April 9, 2016. The race will have two options – 60 or 100 miles long. Race packets will be available to pick up on Friday, April 8, from 4:00 – 8:00pm. There are many hotels in Sylacauga that are a short drive to the race track. Both race lengths feature a ton of climbing, beautiful, rolling service road, and enough intense descending to scare even the strongest tough guys. The race will begin and end on the most epic single-track in the southeast on the Sylaward trail. Talladega National Forest also has beautiful campgrounds so bring the whole family along!
Brannon Honda to Sponsor Paul Meyers Foundation Golf Tournament
Not only are we lucky enough to sponsor the Skyway Epic MTB Race, but we also are sponsoring the 4th annual Paul Meyers Foundation Golf Tournament. This event takes place on Saturday, April 16, 2016. Registration for the event is at 3:00pm. This event isn’t just for avid golfers, there is something for everyone to enjoy. With a costume contest, glow-in-the-dark golf, barbeque dinner, live music, and a silent auction, there is guaranteed to be something for everyone! All of the tournament’s proceeds will go to the Paul Meyers Foundation to go towards a mission trip to Haiti. This mission trip serves over 2,000 patients annually.
