One of the best ways to spread joy this holiday season is to give back, and the Arthritis Foundation’s annual Jingle Bell Run is a fantastic way to do that! The run raises money for arthritis research, advocacy, treatment, education, and rheumatology fellowships that help address the shortage of rheumatologists we face.

How To Fund-Raise
Fundraising can seem daunting, but the Foundation has provided several helpful tips to get you started. When you register, you’ll be given a customizable fundraising webpage that’s created just for you. Through the webpage, you’ll be able to email potential supporters, post to social media, and track your progress. The Arthritis Foundation suggests that you make a donation to your own campaign to kick your efforts off. From there, the Foundation’s biggest tip is to just ask. Ask everyone you know with confidence, and don’t be afraid to ask big – you’ll be surprised how much you can raise!
