2016 Honda CR-V Engine and MPG
Just like its 2015 predecessor, the 2016 Honda CR-V will have the same reliable, yet powerful 2.4-liter, 4-cylinder engine. The 2016 model gets an average of 26mpg in the city and 33mpg on the highway*. Also like the 2015 model, the 2016 CR-V seats 5 passengers and has 70.9 cubic feet of cargo space for carrying just about anything you can think of. However, with the new year also come some great new features.
The front of the new CR-V has a modern new design that features a sleek new grill and LED daytime running lamps. The rear of the 2016 model is also different for 2016. The new rear design features LED lights and a new luggage door design.
2016 Honda CR-V Trims and Features
The EX, EX-L, and Touring versions of the 2016 Honda CR-V feature a 7-inch high resolution audio display with customization settings and an electrostatic touch screen. All of the 2016 CR-Vs have Bluetooth HandsFreeLink and Bluetooth StreamingAudio. The new CR-Vs also have MP3/Windows Media Playback, Pandora capability, and SMS text message function. All of the 2016 CR-Vs also have a multi-angle rearview camera to ensure extra safety. The interior is as great as ever and you can opt for leather interior trim in the EX-L and Touring versions if you like your seats to have an extra luxurious feel.
